New games coming to Xbox Game Pass in March 2024

March 2024 brings another great batch of games to Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass, and while we did already know about a couple of these games coming to the service, there are still several surprises here. We’re starting off the month strong with Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun, which is available with Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass today.
Joining the service later this week on March 7, we’ve got another easy completion with Paw Patrol World. According to estimates, earning the full 1,000G here should take you between six and eight hours.
Next week sees SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated join the service on March 12 and Control return to Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass on March 13. With Bikini Bottom – Rehdryated, you’ll need to set aside around 15 hours for the 1,000G — you’ll need the same again if you want the SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated Windows stack.
As for Control, when it was last in Game Pass, only the standard edition was available. This time around we’re getting Control: Ultimate Edition, which includes all previously released expansions and has its own separate achievement list, which means you can play through the excellent third-person action adventure again for another load of Gamerscore. Estimates suggest you’ll need around 35 hours to complete it.
On March 14, Grasshopper Manufacture’s No More Heroes 3 joins Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass. A quick glance through No More Heroes 3’s achievement list suggests a pretty tough completion — there are numerous difficulty-specific achievements that will definitely put up a fight. As only 15 TA members have completed this one, we don’t have enough completion data to give you an estimate. For the PC gamers out there, there is a No More Heroes 3 Windows stack available too.
Finally, March 19 brings two new additions: MLB The Show 24 and Lightyear Frontier. As it stands, we don’t have achievement lists for either, but we should see them soon.
Microsoft has also confirmed that three games will leave Xbox Game Pass on March 15.
