Starting on May 7, PlayStation Plus subscribers are eating pretty good, we suppose.
As revealed on the PlayStation Blog, EA Sports FC 24, Destiny 2: Lightfall, Ghostrunner 2, and Tunic are this month’s offerings.
Destiny 2: Lightfall | PS5, PS4
This Destiny 2 expansion will require the game itself to play, but the base game itself is free, so you’re looking for getting more bang out of the Bungie developed shooter, perhaps Lightfall’s for you.
You can earn new rewards, unlock Dark powers, and it even introduces a new subclass to play as.
Ghostrunner 2 | PS5
Thrusting you into a post-apocalyptic cyberpunk world, Ghostrunner 2 keeps the fast-paced action of its precursor, but tacking on more modes, improved combat, and epic motorbike scenes.
Enemies also change their tactics based on the abilities you use on them, so think wisely as you move through the non-linear levels.
EA FC Sports 24 | PS5, PS4
Ever since the long-standing partnership between Electronic Arts and FIFA expired, and the two parted ways, EA was keen to introduce its own soccer title, with EA FC Sports 24 being the running title. Well, PlayStation Plus subs can now get the game for free this month starting on May 7.
Unlike most of the games, though, Sony and EA seem to be giving fans a little more time to pick it up, expiring on June 17, which is later than the rest, which are available until June 3.
Tunic | PS5, PS4
Tunic is a cute little isometric adventure in a similar vain to something like The Legend of Zelda full of “shady forests, sprawling ruins, and labyrinthine catacombs.” Tackle the journey and discover hidden treasures.
Take on beasts large and small across the land in this charming little indie.
